The Spencer Spanking Plan: An Adaptation by a Happy Couple

The authors have graciously made public their private variation of the Spencer Spanking Plan. Having discussed thoroughly and in detail Dorothy Spencer’s original program, they have jointly agreed to modify their arrangement whereby only the wife will be subject to corporal punishment. This is the express wish of both parties with no coercion on the part of either. Will their spanking and discipline contract work for you?

The Spencer Spanking Plan Agreement Agreement For Married Women

Part One: Wife’s Statement

February 5, 2005

“Wife’s Name” Statement

I, “Wife’s Name” ——- wife of “Husband’s Name” ——- do hereby acknowledge that I have read the Spencer Spanking Plan and approve of the doctrines it advocates. From this date on it is my wish to have my conduct regulated by the enforcement of these doctrines. I give to my husband, therefore, the full right and permission to spank me whenever he feels such discipline would prove helpful and be in accordance with the spirit of the Spencer Plan. This Agreement has been entered into willingly and for no other purpose than to improve my disposition and secure the general benefit that always comes from the enforcement of intelligent discipline. I understand that I will be spanked without fail if I break my promise to refrain from:

  1. Unnecessarily assertive behaviour no matter how much I may consider myself in the right,
  2. Consulting “Husband’s Name”, my Husband, before engaging in assertive behaviour with individuals, companies or authorities,
  3. Taking on too many tasks and then becoming exhausted trying to do them all. Part of this clause is to consult “Husband’s Name”, my Husband, before agreeing or planning to take on any new activity,
  4. Drinking too much alcohol in social situations. In this regard “Husband’s Name”, my Husband, has the right to order me to stop. Failure to stop on his command will also be punishable by spanking,
  5. Arguing with final decisions after “Husband’s Name”, my Husband has made them.

I promise to cooperate with my husband faithfully. I will get ready for the punishment promptly when asked to do so and I will bear him absolutely no ill-will for so disciplining me. I promise further to ASK for spankings when I feel I need them. I realize that Request Punishment plays a highly important part in the Spencer Plan, and I will report and ask for the discipline when I feel need or deserve it.

Part Two: Husband’s Statement

“Husband’s Name” and “Wife’s Name” ——-, having discussed the Spencer Spanking Plan thoroughly and in detail have jointly agreed to modify the plan so that only “Wife’s Name” will be subject to corporal punishment. This is the wish of both “Husband’s Name” and “Wife’s Name” with no coercion on the part of either of them. “Husband’s Name” ——- therefore makes this statement:

“Husband’s Name” Statement

I am very aware of the enormous gift that “Wife’s Name” has given to me and the huge responsibility that it places on my shoulders. “Wife’s Name” has in effect subjected herself to me in a way once common but long since fallen into disuse. This places upon me a scared duty to always act in the following ways:

  1. To act only in love and never in a selfish manner remembering her gift and her sacrifices,
  2. To consult with “Wife’s Name” upon all matters that may affect our family life and to take into account her views. Remembering that what I decide may well affect my family and that I have no right to act in ways that satisfy only me,
  3. That any spanking I decide to give “Wife’s Name” is really for her benefit and not mine. This means not acting in irritation or anger,
  4. That my own behaviour must be an exemplar to “Wife’s Name” at all times.

Therefore I, “Husband’s Name” ——- husband of “Wife’s Name” ——- in accordance with her wishes, as expressed above, do hereby promise and agree to spank my wife whenever I feel such discipline would prove helpful to her. I have read the Spencer Plan carefully, and together we have agreed to the following rules:

  1. For breaches of the agreement that are deemed first offences she will be spanked only with the open palm of my hand upon her bottom,
  2. For second offences she will be spanked using a “slipper” or substitute (to be mutually agreed) in the same manner as for a hand spanking. A first offence of sufficient seriousness will be deemed a ‘second offence’ and the decision will be “Husband’s Name”’s alone,
  3. For third or very serious offences (this will be a matter for “Husband’s Name” alone) the punishment will be inflicted using a leather belt (to be mutually agreed),
  4. When using an agreed implement I will take care not to cut her skin or cause serious injury to her body,
  5. To smack her only upon her bottom, after she has placed herself across my lap in the regular spanking position.
  6. To resume friendly relations immediately after a spanking is over and not to hold a grudge or to continue a quarrel or misunderstanding after a spanking has been administered. Anything else would be a direct violation of the whole spirit of the Spencer Plan.

For my wife’s own good, I promise to discipline her without fail whenever any of the causes listed above have been violated.

How To Give A Spanking
  • We use the modified Spencer Plan with amendments.
    Both must strip completely.
Spankee’s hands are tied in front.
Spankee lies on pillows pushing up the bottom, legs spread exposing all.
Afterwards, spankee must stand with hands on head for 15 minutes.
